Return Policy

Product inspection:
You can inspect and check the product once delivered with the courier.
Product condition (to be eligible for return):
Items must be unused and in their original condition, returned with the original packaging (box, wraps, tags), products used with food or liquids cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a verified defect.
Damaged or fragile items:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Shipping costs:
If there is a defect or a wrong item, we cover all shipping costs, if you changed your mind, return shipping fees will apply.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund status; approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days, refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns, including inspection upon delivery and the requirement that items are unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover shipping costs, if the exchange is due to customer preference, shipping fees may apply.
